The Versailles Village Council is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, for the purpose of reviewing a recommendation from the Planning Commission and related ordinance to amend to the Village’s Zoning Ordinance to rezone properties at 706 East Main Street, 732 East Main Street, and 45 Maple Street, all within the Village of Versailles, Ohio to B-1 classification as an emergency, filed by Council of the Village of Versailles. A copy of the proposed ordinance and zoning map are available for review at the Village of Versailles Administrative Building, 177 North Center Street.
The Village Council public hearing is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Hall Community Room, 4 West Main Street. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
